Safe Gaming
Gaming is about fun, entertainment, and excitement — but when it gets out of hand, problems follow. 9j999 believes responsible gaming isn't just a rule; it's a commitment we make to every single user.
Our Approach
At 9j999, we're part of the daily entertainment for thousands of people. That means our responsibility goes beyond offering great games — we're also committed to every player's wellbeing and safety. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, being able to step away, and keeping gaming from becoming a burden in your life.
We believe that with the right information and the right tools, any player can enjoy gaming responsibly. On this page you'll find all of 9j999's protection tools, warning signs to watch for, and the paths to getting help.
Protection Tools
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the specified period ends — that's 9j999's policy.
Set a session duration in advance. When the time is up, 9j999 will automatically send you a reminder and, if needed, end the session.
When you feel like you need a break, activate a Cooling-Off Period ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, all gaming activity on your account will be temporarily suspended.
If you feel you need a longer break, you can activate Self-Exclusion for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, your account will be fully locked.
Set a maximum daily or weekly loss limit. Once you've reached that amount, 9j999 will automatically end your gaming session.
Age verification is mandatory when registering at 9j999. Users under 18 cannot create an account under any circumstances.
Warning Signs
Gaming addiction often creeps up gradually — you may not even notice it yourself. If you're seeing the signs below, it may be time to pause or seek help.
If two or more of these signs apply to you, please reach out to the 9j999 support team right away.
